"Its a money racket. I'm with farm bureau. They charge what they want each month and never can answer why or what your paying for. Rip off. Trying to keep up payments with state farm will starve you to death."

"Supposedly I was in a hit-and-run they paid the lady and never did even contact me to see if my truck had any scratches on it. How can there be damage done to somebody else's vehicle if there's not even one scratch on my front bumper or back bumper are on the sides of my truck. And I had been a customer for a long time and so did my mom for over 20 years she had all of her vehicles and a house through this company but not anymore after what they did."
